About the Role

iCapital is seeking an Analyst / Associate to focus on helping onboard and manage the global requirements for Euroclear, Clearstream, Allfunds and other platform partnerships.  This is a role within the Client Success organization and will report to the Head of Client Success International.

Client Success comprises the fund finance, investor relations, operations, and support functions in iCapital.  This position will work across all teams within Client Success and learn about fund lifecycle management and client support.  Responsibilities include executing processes related to adding new funds to the various counterparties’ platforms, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure connectivity to clearing houses and other distribution platforms throughout funds’ offering lifecycles, support of some regular meetings and preparing reports and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Support projects related to onboarding new funds and working across the organization to assure on-time and successful completion.
• Learn and understand the roles and responsibilities of clearing house and distribution platforms such as Clearstream, Euroclear, and Allfunds in the alternatives market ecosystem with the goal of becoming a subject matter expert.
• Understand fund structures, fees, product types across the iCapital universe of funds so that the funds can be onboarding to the platforms.
• Coordinate with all related teams (Compliance, Legal, Reporting, Fund Origination, Technology Implementation, etc.) during the onboarding process.
• Support processes for static data maintenance, identification, and procurement.
• Prepare and disseminate project progress notes.
• Assist in various fund launch activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 4+ year of experience preferably with fund administration, fund management or custodial relationships
• Experience in Alternative Investments is a plus
• Positive attitude, and a desire to work in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment
• Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize assignments
• Detail-oriented, self-starter that is accustomed to project work with tight deadlines
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical and verbal and written communication skills
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
