Job Summary: The Engineering Manager oversees a team of engineers and is responsible for providing technical expertise and support during the release, hyper care and post go-live process. He/she shall collaborate with the Professional Services / Solutions Engineering team to understand customer needs and offer tailored technical solutions that address those needs. This role involves team management, technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills.
