Apprentice - People Experience - Innovaccer

Your Role

As an Apprentice - People Experience, you will play a key role in supporting our People Experience team in data management, reporting and analysis, system support, process improvement, and documentation and training. You will assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date data, generating reports and dashboards, providing system support, identifying process improvement opportunities, and ensuring compliance with data management procedures.

A Day in the Life:

• Assist in collecting, validating, and organizing data from various sources.
• Maintain databases and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Generate regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Provide support for MIS software systems and applications.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to data processing and reporting.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline data management and reporting processes.
• Maintain documentation for data management procedures and guidelines.
• Assist in developing training materials and conducting training sessions for end-users.

What You Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or related field of batches 2019,2020,2021, 2022, and 2023 only. 
• Must be available for apprenticeship tenure of a minimum of 1 year.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
