LEGAL ADMIN/PARALEGAL – EMEA (M/F) – Massy – SHORT TERM CONTRACT

THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a Legal Admin/Paralegal to support our EMEA team
WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US
YOUR PROFILE
- Assistance and support to the EMEA legal team on matters handled by the department
- Act as the EMEA legal team point of contact, answering questions about standard form agreements / deal approval matrix / company procedures / status of the requests
- Preparation and review of standard correspondence, notices and other legal documents
- Administrative management of the documentation handled by the department
- Assistance in the review and establishment of contracts, in connection with lawyers
- Support for the process of signing, centralizing, digitizing, and organizing contracts at EMEA level
- Monitor deadlines
- Assist with various formalities (certification of signatures, apostille, legalization, etc.).
- Updating databases
- Link with the AMER and APAC legal departments
- Reception and processing of communications (mails, emails) received by management
- Collaborate with the different departments of the company
- Log invoices into our payment processing tool and support for departmental budget monitoring
Skills and Experience
If you have the below experience and strengths this role could be for you
- Paralegal or legal administrative background
- 2+ years of experience in a legal department, preferably in the field of computer software
- Experience interacting with Senior Leaders / Executives
- Ability to work under tight deadlines when needed
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe, Google Drive, Docusign
- Very good writing and organization skills
- Proactive and reactive mindset
