The ideal Account Manager will have a passion for K-12 education, account management and customer success. In this role you will be developing relationships with educational administrators across the US to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the customer life-cycle. You will be responsible for the subscription renewal, upsell, customer retention and engagement activities in assigned territory. #LI-HYBRID
