IT Support Specialist - IXL

IXL Learning, a leading EdTech company with products used by 15 million students worldwide, is seeking an up-and-coming IT professional to join our team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will join a team focused on making the lives of our coworkers easier by providing them with the technology they need to do their jobs. You'll troubleshoot laptop issues, be asked to support numerous cloud apps, become an integral part of the onboarding process, and assist in completing IT projects. You should love experimenting with new technologies, enjoy helping your coworkers, and be unintimidated by juggling multiple projects. #LI-JR1
