The Channel Sales Operations Specialist will play a critical role on the JumpCloud Sales Operations team. Primary responsibilities include implementation of the CRO’s global GTM strategy for channel partners: distributors, VARs, and partners. You’ll support and advise the GTM Leadership Team, and gather the requirements necessary to implement and support the tools for our global channel partner sales motion. In addition, this person will be involved in key projects and deliverables related to the revenue operations team’s partner portal & global distributor, VAR, and channel partner go-to-market optimization.
The successful candidate will be detail oriented and consultative, and can balance operational execution and planning and is not afraid to ask difficult questions and operate in an ambiguous environment. One will be able to capture requirements, quickly synthesize them and coordinate execution across teams, provide value-add recommendations, and confidently present to our senior leadership team.
