The Manager, Financial Benefits on the Benefits team you will own the day-to-day and long-term operational and financial success of the FSA, HSA, DEFSA, and Commuter programs at Justworks. You will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally as this role will partner with colleagues in Sales, Payments, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Finance.
Our ideal candidate enjoys working with and building consensus across multiple teams and external providers; is extremely detail-oriented with identifying subtle cues and giving life to actionable insights; and loves solving problems and helping others learn in the process. The base wage range for this position based in our New York City Office is targeted at $122,000.00 to $134,200.00 per year.

Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location. Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
