Justworks is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineering Manager to lead our growing analytics engineering team within the Data Services group. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development of core data model architecture and ensuring the delivery of quality data product solutions. You’ll drive the adoption of dbt (data build tool), and evangelize best practices in data modeling.
This role is instrumental in delivering against our broader Data Services mission to enable our customers to work fearlessly with data. It demands a strong technical background in analytics engineering, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for driving innovation.

The base wage range for this position based in our New York City Office is targeted at $235,000 to $270,250 per year.

Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location. Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
