As an Account Executive in Customer Growth at Klaviyo for our high growth Mid Market segment, you're not just closing deals—you're unlocking our client’s potential. Your role is all about creating meaningful relationships with our existing clients, diving deep into their needs and presenting innovative solutions that drive their success.

You will have previous experience in SaaS and/or Martech and a passion for understanding customer challenges. You will have perfected the ability to multithread within an organisation, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities that align with their goals. In this position, you'll work closely with our customer success and product teams to ensure our clients get the most out of our platform, leading to increased satisfaction, retention, and revenue.

Klaviyo in APAC:

We are starting small but have big plans for Klaviyo in APAC. Our Sydney team began to take shape throughout 2022 and has now built out our go to market teams in sales, customer success, partnerships, marketing, recruiting and product support. As the team grows we will see a continued expansion of Klaviyo’s customer base and the building of a fantastic working culture in line with what we see elsewhere in Klaviyo but with its own local identity within our Sydney based team. This is your unique opportunity to join us at a very early stage and help to shape our future Klaviyo in APAC.

As we are still relatively early in our journey in APAC this means there is a lot of headroom to grow and develop within your role - we are looking for the leaders of the future. The pay range for this role is listed below. Sales roles are also eligible for variable compensation. This role is also eligible for competitive benefits and perquisites, subject to company policy and applicable law

Base Pay Range in Local Currency:
$145,000$145,000 AUD
