We are looking for a talented Sales Development leader to join our fast growing Klaviyo Sales organization. The Senior BDR Manager will be responsible for leading a team of Business Development Representatives to effectively qualify self sourced leads and provide a world class experience to prospective clients. This includes hiring, goal setting, performance analysis, and day to day coaching and talent development. This role will be instrumental in developing Klaviyo’s future sales leaders as well as ensuring sustained business growth from the inbound channel.

The pay range for this role is listed below. Sales roles are also eligible for variable compensation. This role is also eligible for competitive benefits and perquisites, subject to company policy and applicable law

Base Pay Range in Local Currency:
$132,000$220,000 AUD
