About The Role
Lyra is at the forefront of increasing access to evidence-based, efficacious mental health services on a large scale. We are looking for a senior clinical health economics researcher with a passion for evaluating the economic value and return on investment (ROI) for clinical and well-being services in behavioral health. Tasks within this role will include hands-on dataset preparation and analysis, as well report generation and presentation. Your expertise will be key in exploring and executing various methods and approaches to calculating value and return on investment in behavioral health. You will also be responsible for integrating research evidence and internal data to inform decision making around our clinical practices and business proposals, serving as a subject matter expert. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate on publishing in peer-reviewed journals on our applied research within an industry setting, as well as disseminating research findings and recommendations to broader teams within the company.

You will be a member of a highly skilled, fun, efficient, and collaborative team with an established track record for conducting, evaluating, and publishing peer-reviewed clinical and health economics research for Lyra’s programs. In this role, you will work closely with other health economics and clinical researchers, psychologists, and data scientists. By evaluating programs that reach hundreds of thousands of individuals, your work will help create meaningful positive change on a large scale.
