Neo4j is looking for a Sr. IT Support Engineer remotely in the US! We continue to grow and are looking for a resourceful, people-focused, and tenacious Engineer. The successful candidate will prioritize automating IT deliverables and working collaboratively with the business. As we continue to scale IT’s capabilities, having an understanding of IT maturity and knowing what great can look like is critical to achieving our goals. You are an expert at working with cross-functional teams, can deal with a lot of ambiguity, and synthesize large amounts of information into a straightforward story that keeps everyone aligned. You’re a self-starter who loves to own things end-to-end. You make things happen and like being rewarded with autonomy.
