The Browser Technology Team (BTG) develops cutting-edge technology to make users more productive through an enhanced, more secure web browser experience.

In this role, you will work closely with various engineering teams to innovate and build modern technology that enables safer and more productive web browsing experiences. You will also work closely with other product owners to seamlessly integrate the solutions into Netskope’s overall security portfolio. This is a leadership role and requires a combination of technical and management skills along with the ability to coach and mentor the various engineers in the team.
To be successful in this role you must possess a combination of strong technical acumen as well as have a passion for building teams. In this role, you’ll be responsible for working closely with various Netskope engineering and deployment teams to better understand the services and products . You will also play a key role in understanding the requests from various engineering teams, tackling their questions and concerns, creating scalable methods and ensuring technical details are communicated effectively. Furthermore, you will be responsible for consolidating, clearly communicating, and helping to prioritize feature requests. Finally, it is expected that you will be able to take ownership of high priority features and bugs for the engineering teams, communicate clear responses to and ensure the highest priorities issues are addressed as quickly as is feasible.
