Accounts Receivable Analyst - Nextiva

The Accounts Receivable Analyst is responsible for supporting and analyzing the invoice to cash receipts cycle. This includes analysis of transactional trends and recommending actions to management.

• Takes a detail-oriented approach to analyze and report billing and accounts receivable related transactions, including data quality analysis and various reconciliations.
• Identifies issues and recommends process improvements and corrective actions as appropriate.
• Functions as a key contact person for all accounts receivable data integrity and analysis matters for various internal departments.
• Review credit applications, other sales-enablement activities.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt to new processes and systems in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
• Effective & professional communications with a variety of departments, customers, and over the phone, email, and in person while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
• Performs all other duties assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in accounting or business preferred, or 1-3 years of general experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with accounting systems and accounts receivable workflow are preferred.
• Demonstrated performance with Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel.
• Ability to work independently and display good prioritization skills.
• A high attention to detailed information is required to review and reconcile large datasets out of multiple applications.
• Ability to perform multiple duties, under tight deadlines while demonstrating knowledge of accounting principles and accounts receivable best practices. Possesses strong administrative and organizational skills, with keen attention to detail.
