Product & Business Operations Manager, Platform - Niantic

The Platform Operations team builds the operational infrastructure Niantic's Platform business unit runs on. This spans spearheading large-scale and experimental data collection projects, crafting frameworks and tools to drive critical-thinking in product investment decisions, and ensuring our Go-To-Market functions run as one well-oiled machine. We're now looking for a Product & Business Operations Manager to ensure Platform drives with speed and focus towards addressing the opportunities that matter most to our customers.

In this role, you will be accountable for ensuring we move tightly from strategy to execution. You will do this by putting customers at the heart of decision-making by drawing together disparate qualitative and quantitative data into coherent analysis. You'll ensure those insights, along with Platform strategic priorities, translate into our product roadmaps by running our roadmapping process. You'll then ensure we have the transparency needed to stay on track with our commitments – whether those are to strategic goals or cost optimizations – by developing our reporting processes and tools. And in partnership with Go-To-Market Operations, you will help those building products and those bringing them to market to work in lockstep.
