It empowers businesses to build and integrate banking and financial features into any product out there!.

This financial OS, empowers banks to launch & complement their own digital banking offerings thus offering a superior experience to customers.
Responsibilities
● Understanding customer requirements and project KPIs
● Defining the right Architecture for taking care of non-functional requirements of the
products.
● Implementing various development, testing, automation tools, and IT infrastructure
● Defining and setting development, test, release, update, and support processes for
DevOps operation
● Monitoring the processes during the entire lifecycle for its adherence and updating
or creating new processes for improvement and minimizing the wastage
● Coordination and communication within the team and with
customers/stakeholders
● Strive for continuous improvement and build continuous integration, continuous
development, and constant deployment pipeline (CI/CD Pipeline)
● Hiring the best talent and Mentor, train and upskill existing team members
● Be open to adopt new technologies, ideas and infuse innovation with the team.
Requirements
● 10+ yrs of relevant work experience
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Ability to work in team in diverse/multiple stakeholder environment.
● Excellent troubleshooting skills
● Awareness of critical concepts of the DevOps
● Performance management, hiring, grooming and mentoring the team members.
● Exposure to complex, distributed systems and handled scale, performance and
security issues in Cloud Applications.
● Influencing the partners and stakeholders on the right architecture and able to
balance between speed vs quality.
