We are hiring for
Sr. Technical Consultant

1-3 yrs | Bangalore Office
Responsibilities

About the Role: 
● Get hands-on on all Zwitch products, deeply understanding our processes and 
workflows in order to resolve the merchant issues
● Act as a primary point of contact for all Zwitch product’s technical and Product level 
queries/discussions for our merchants. 
● Coordinate and follow up with the banking partners for the merchant’s issues and 
bugs until resolved. 
● Tracking down customer queries, understanding the scope of improving the merchant 
experience, and working with the Product and Tech team to automate perennial 
issues.
● Understanding customer issues in depth, analyzing them, debugging logs, 
troubleshooting, and getting to the root cause to resolve them in a timely and 
professional manner. 
● Monitor the API & System performance used by partners, identify the root cause and 
communicate with the internal teams to resolve. 
● Helping the sales team with due diligence, security, and all technical-related queries.
● Conducting feasibility calls with merchant partners for technical consultation.
● Report issues or bugs to Product /Software engineering teams by raising Jira and 
working towards a resolution with collaboration.
● Working with the Engineering and Product team to understand the changing software 
product and act as a liaison to the business teams.
● Enhance the overall experience of our merchants with smooth communication by 
providing a long-term fix for their queries.

Responsibilities
● Software Engineering or any Bachelor’s degree or any equivalent work experience as 
Technical support. 
● Experience level of 1 to 3 years in Product Support/ Technical Support with excellent 
analytical and logical thinking.
● Excellent written and communication Skills.- Good and clear written communication 
with a knack for taking technical language and making it understandable to others is 
vital.
● Practical experience or Knowledge of SQL, APIs, and hands-on experience with at 
least one Frontend (HTML, CSS, JS) or any backend language.
● Good understanding of the different products. - Ability to navigate the code/logs to 
debug and solve the issue. 
● Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills. - A passion for solving challenging 
problems and proposing elegant solutions.

Good to Have: 
● Prior Experience or knowledge of Fintech.
● Some experience in Customer support or Project support. 
● Tools: Postman, Jira, Freshdesk (any ticketing tool), looker, and Sumologic.
● Any technical certifications are a plus.
