At the heart of it is the Open business account that comes with a VISA business card & combines banking, payments, accounting, expense management & taxes, in one place.
Zwitch: Over the last 5 years, we have realized that embedding banking to product workflows is complex. That's why we built Zwitch - an embedded finance platform that offers API and no-code components for banking and compliance. It empowers businesses to build and integrate banking and financial features into any product out there!.
BankingStack: Having been deployed at over 15 banks in India, BankingStack, a cloud native SME banking platform, has already created a dent in the current fintech space. This financial OS, empowers banks to launch & complement their own digital banking offerings thus offering a superior experience to customers.
What you’ll be doing:
● Work with the Marketing Team to build and drive a strategic organic social media
plan for Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook
● Use current and forward-looking social media standard methodologies to build
content that appeals to Open’s audiences, including customers, prospects,
employees, industry analysts, thought leaders, partners, etc.
● Develop short and long-term content calendars for social media platforms
● Supervise real-time engagement opportunities to get Open into trending online
conversations
● Work closely with the Design Team on creative direction for video and image assets
● Collaborate across marketing, sales, and support to optimize social content
● Use Google Analytics and other platforms to supervise important metrics and find
new opportunities
● Ensure Open’s brand standards are met across campaigns that use social media
channels
What you’ll bring along:
● Passionate social media expert with 4-6 years of experience in social media strategy
and creation
● You have worked for in-house brands or creative agencies
● A true social media fan who loves creating short videos, memes, and trending
content
● Self-starter with the ability to balance multiple projects and creative ideas on tight
deadlines.
● Strong at social media analytics and reporting with an interest in using data to
communicate insights and recommendations.
● Ability to be a self starter who is real fast. Open is growing really fast & we’ll need
you to drive that boost.
● Willingness to learn and ability to flourish in a dynamic, high-growth,
entrepreneurial environment
● Thirst to be constantly learning, experimenting, failing & going at it again
● Ability to thrive in chaos and build planes while you fly them
