Own is looking for a passionate, dedicated, and highly motivated Business Development Representative I to join our elite Business Development team.
As part of the Business Development team, you will be pivotal to Own's go-to-market strategy, encompassing a dynamic blend of sales and marketing functions. At the forefront of the sales process, BDRs play a critical role in pipeline development, making this position ideal for individuals with 1 year of sales experience or those in the early stages of their sales career, possessing a hunger for success, ambition, intelligence, and high energy.
In addition to a collaborative environment, BDRs will benefit from comprehensive sales and technical product training. They will also have the valuable opportunity to closely collaborate with our Account Executives.
This is a full-time position, with a commitment of five days per week in office. The ideal candidate will work out of our San Diego, CA office to maximize collaboration and interaction with the business. Travel may be required.
The base salary hiring range for this position is $46,400 to $58,000. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be dependent upon various factors such as education, training, skills, qualifications, competencies, years of experience, job-related knowledge, scope of the role, and location.
