We are currently seeking a candidate to fill the position of Acquisitions Associate. The position will assist in the identification and underwriting of single-family property acquisitions in key markets across the US. The ideal candidate will have the ability to accurately identify and underwrite prospective single-family properties, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

This is a unique opportunity to be an early crew member at a growth-stage company led by some of the most seasoned and successful leaders in the real estate and travel space. As Acquisitions Associate, you are responsible for driving the company’s property acquisitions pipeline and growing the portfolio of single-family homes in key and target markets. Being a member of a small team, you’ll enjoy thinking broadly and strategically while executing quickly and tactically, having a direct impact on the company’s results.
