Head of FP&A - Qualia

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

The Head of FP&A will play an important role on our finance team.  This role will report to our VP of Finance.  In this role, you will lead our FP&A organization with a focus on partnering with senior leadership across the business on forecasting and analysis. This role will also act as a strategic partner and advisor to the VP Finance.   The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with a strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams to drive operational and strategic excellence. RESPONSIBILITIES

This role has a base annual salary of $170,000-$200,000 plus a competitive equity and benefits package. (Salary to be determined by relevant experience, location, knowledge, and skills of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
