The Reddit Ads team is poised to rapidly innovate and grow like no other time in its history. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-performing team that will shape how we monetize the Reddit platform and to help connect Redditors with brands they love. We are seeking a product manager who can drive the product vision, development, and execution of our ad products at Reddit.

In this role, you will work with our core Ads Delivery team and solve foundational problems relating to ad selection, matching, and ranking. Reddit operates an in house ad stack built from the ground up by our teams. You will collaborate closely with our Engineering, Data Sciences, and Sales team to identify opportunities, and build cutting edge ML tech that improves performance of our ad systems.

Dynamic Product Ads (Shopping Ads) is a strategic area of investment for us, and this role will play a pivotal role in building out this line of business. You will build out key capabilities required for our online retail advertisers, and bring innovative solutions to market.

As a member of a growing product team, you will have significant ownership and responsibility in shaping Reddit’s overall monetization strategy.

In addition to base salary, this job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units, and depending on the position offered, it may also be eligible to receive a commission. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including, skills, depth of work experience and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below.

The base pay range for this position is:

$190,800—$267,100 USD
