ABOUT THE TEAM 

We are an award winning design team! (Won the  2023 Reddot design award and the 2024 IF design award!)  The team is still relatively small - 30 amazing people from all walks of the industry and life. As our company and our products grow rapidly, it is crucial to scale the user experience of our product and our design team in the right way and with the right people. Every hire counts!

We are looking for a highly-skilled UX Designer that can help us drive towards making Rubrik a benchmark for enterprise design. 

ABOUT THE ROLE

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in product design

🖼 An outstanding portfolio, showcasing your work with a foundation in interaction and visual design, and idea generation (when submitting your resume, if your portfolio is password protected please include the PW)

💪 Team Player: Be willing to roll up your sleeves and work cross-functionally

📊 Solid presentation skills & the ability to hold your audience's attention

🏃🏻‍♀️ You are proactive and not afraid to drive towards finding a better solution

👂 Someone who listens to others and values understanding above being right

🧮 Someone who enjoys solving complex design problems!!

Bachelors degree in Design (Product, Industrial, etc.)

Master's degree in CS or HCI preferred

The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the role based on U.S. location. Within the range, the salary offered will be determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US (SF Bay Area, DC Metro, NYC) Pay Range
$133,400$200,000 USD
