We're seeking a passionate Talent Partner/Program Specialist to support Rubrik's rapidly scaling Early Talent Program. You will play a pivotal role in supporting all aspects related to early-in-career efforts, including driving full-cycle intern hiring and intern programming.

This position is a 6-month contract. The selected candidate will be referred to a staffing agency for employment onboarding for the six-month term. Rubrik is not accepting applications/submissions from agencies for this role.
