Chief of Staff - Operations - Scale AI
At Scale, we believe that AI will dramatically improve the world, and our mission is to accelerate the development of AI. As Chief of Staff to the SVP of Operations, you will work closely with the operations leadership team to build an operational machine that will enable Scale to achieve its next stage of growth. In this role, you will help define top-level operations priorities & goals, execute key initiatives and programs, drive annual / quarterly planning processes, and recruit talented individuals to build out a world-class organization.
The ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual who is able to combine analytical rigor and an obsessive focus on outcomes with an empathetic interpersonal style. You have a demonstrated ability to establish credibility with senior stakeholders, and are comfortable rolling up your sleeves to tackle a variety of challenges.
