Forward Deployed Engagement Manager - Special Projects Group - Scale AI
The Special Projects Group (SPG) focuses on Scale’s enterprise-level engagements, deploying the latest AI/ML technology to large, established companies. As our customer base grows, you will be on the front line ensuring that the world's most innovative companies become passionate, lifelong Scale customers.
As a Forward Deployed Engagement Manager, you will be an early member of the team and have the opportunity to directly impact the planning, execution and other aspects of building this critical team at Scale. You’ll be accountable for driving revenue, hitting SLAs, and maintaining quality standards. You will kick off new projects and pilots, own the engagement end-to-end, manage day to day execution and communication with customers, and drive account consumption.
