Headcount and Capacity Planning Lead - Scale AI
As Scale’s first Headcount and Capacity Planning Lead, you will be responsible for owning the end-to-end Operations staffing & capacity planning processes, working alongside leadership to ensure that we are able to effectively deliver against business priorities while balancing team member needs. You will own top-level Operations KPIs and have a wide-ranging set of responsibilities: from partnering closely with Sales to understand the nuances of upcoming engagements, to planning resources & anticipating capacity / utilization with Operations leadership, to analyzing staffing patterns and developing strategies for optimizing team staffing. In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn about the entire spectrum of Scale’s products & offerings, as well as how the technical and operations team interact with them.
