Office Coordinator - Scale AI

You Will:
Be the face of Scale as you interact with visitors and employees at reception and ensure they have a positive, memorable experience.
Manage our sign-in system, Envoy, and notify hosts that their guests have arrived as needed. 
Ensure visitors are processed in a timely manner and work with security partners to issue badges in line with security procedures.
Keep the reception area presentable by organizing and cleaning the area throughout the day.
Ensure conference rooms are tidy and stocked with supplies.
Manage the ordering and restocking of office supplies and toiletries in our restrooms. 
Manage snack vendor and meal service partnerships. 
Manage coordination of daily office lunch orders. 
Order, manage and restock snacks and beverages as needed. 
Manage and respond to office feedback form. 
Manage coordination of any office related repairs with landlord and service provides.
Coordinate with landlord to book conference rooms for company events. 
Take note of any ideas to improve the entry or office experience and communicate ideas with the rest of the Federal team. 

Requirements:
3+ years of customer service or administrative experience.
Experience thriving in fast paced work environments and managing multiple task.
Stellar written and verbal communication skills.
A customer-centric approach to your work and an ability to positively solve any problems that may arise along the way.
