Product Engineer - Document - Scale AI

In this unique role, you’ll be given the opportunity to have a large amount of impact in product initiatives and collaborate closely with our go-to-market teams to understand, define, and build what our customers need. We are looking for software engineer generalists who care deeply about impact and love solving customer problems. You will work cross-functionally as the bridge between the engineering and go-to-market teams – ideal for someone who wants to work on not only engineering but also discovering customer needs and building customer solutions to grow Scale's new products.
Team:
The Document team is in charge of our products for automating complex business and document workflows in industries like Logistics, Financial Services, and Healthcare. Through a tight relationship with our ML team, we are creating end-to-end solutions for our customers’ needs. We build ML models that are further fine-tuned with our annotation pipeline and hence deliver much high accuracy and low latency.
