Senior Manager, Sales Enablement - Scale AI

We are looking for a self-starting, results-oriented, and strongly collaborative leader to own and build out our sales enablement efforts at Scale. As a first-of hire, you will have the opportunity to define our new Sales Enablement function, launch training initiatives and process improvements to drive measurable revenue outcomes, and eventually build out a team. Your scope ranges from streamlining sales onboarding and ramp, to training and coaching salespeople, to producing and distributing the learning materials, content, and resources to support new product launches and distribution efforts.

You will be part of the broader Sales Strategy & Operations team and will enjoy extensive support and context on our go-to-market strategy as you build out our sales enablement program.
