The complexity of these systems, coupled with their ability to move freely in the real world, underscores the importance of a strategic approach to development, performance, and reliability testing. This strategy is crucial for delivering an outstanding product.

We are seeking a driven and versatile Senior Reliability Engineer. This role will focus on driving safety and reliability initiatives, developing, and executing test plans. These plans are essential for facilitating rapid design iteration and ensuring robust product validation. The aim is to support state-of-the-art autonomous flying machines designed for a wide range of applications, including enterprise, public safety, and defense.

Compensation Range:  The annual base salary range for this position is $170,000 - 215,000*. Compensation will vary based on factors, including skill level, proficiencies, transferable knowledge, and experience. In addition to base salary, Skydio full-time employees are eligible to enroll in our benefit plans and take advantage of a variety of incentives and stipends.

*For some positions the pay may be dependent upon the individual's regional location.
