In order for Sonder to scale our deconstructed hotel operations globally, we must first perfect the key basics that contribute to an incredible guest experience. The facilities operations manager is a hands-on role in a fast-paced start up. You will own the physical operations of Sonder’s real estate — from defining standards to creating a preventative maintenance program to developing efficient ways for Sonder operations to interface with our landlords and partners. This individual will be someone who likes dealing with ambiguity, change, and enjoys getting into the details to drive improvements every single day.
