As Sonder continues to launch new global markets, we seek business developers to analyze, design, execute and manage partnerships. The Head of Hotel Development will collaborate closely with the General Manager to create and execute strategy for property acquisition.
The Head of Hotel Development - Los Angeles, you will rapidly grow our supply of profitable Sonder locations from two different sources: properties leased directly from landlords or properties managed through partnerships with existing owners. You will also ensure our long-term success in the city in accordance with our public policy compliance whether it relates to operating in an existing favorable regulatory framework or guiding policy makers to create one. This position will, in partnership with the General Manager, and with guidance from Sonder Public Policy and Legal teams, act as the face of Sonder with lawmakers and public policy teams.
