Our Hospitality Agents are Sonder’s eyes and ears on the ground throughout the city. This is one of the most versatile roles at the company and is best fit for someone who wants to be on the move. This role is set in a fast-paced environment with constantly shifting responsibilities and challenges. Your main focus is to create a fantastic guest experience by completing pre-arrival checks (to ensure guests don’t have any problems) as well as deal with guest issues, and request in an effective and efficient manner when they do come up.

The primary responsibilities of the New York City Hospitality Agent will be superb field work, which includes (but not limited to): completing your assigned field tasks, helping with basic maintenance, Quality Audits, ensuring information is recorded and relayed properly, and navigating our warehouse.

You will help inspire unforgettable moments of joy and discovery by offering your relentless search for setting up a perfect experience, and unrelenting ability for creative problem-solving.

HA performance will be based on your ability to complete tasks in an efficient manner,  problem-solve issues independently, prioritize tasks, implement processes, and communicating effectively.
