As our Lead Hospitality Agent, you'll be our go-to person for nights and weekends. You will be responsible for organizing, communicating and balancing workload between your team and communicating efforts back to our customer service department.
Your team helps us deliver impeccable on demand customer service. Whether it's inspecting apartment quality, helping guests check in, delivering extra towels, or doing basic apartment fixes. You will be responsible for the coordination and movement of Sonder HA's throughout the city as they assist guests and act as our eyes and ears on the ground. This is one of the most versatile roles at the company and perfect for anyone who is looking to build a career in hospitality.
