You will pioneer the user experience research discipline at Sonder and help everyone focus on our users. In this role, you’ll create empathy and understanding of what users need and make recommendations on how to meet those needs. Close collaboration with designers, engineering, product management and various other functions across the company will be a daily occurence. With Sonder units in markets across North America and the world, you’ll be asked to travel often to get closer to users, conducting field visits, ethnographic research, surveys and usability testing sessions. UXR is unique at Sonder. Researchers represent our users and work across product teams, hospitality, and operations to drive clarity and make recommendations regardless of the team. This role will unlock magical experience for our users across the whole user journey. Compelling written, in-person and remote presentations of your work are essential to create the positive changes we strive through the work you’ll do in this role.
