As a Lead Visual & Brand Designer, you will be responsible for shaping how we design and communicate our brand across all experience touchpoints — our website, marketing initiatives, app, physical spaces, and the print collateral in them. You’ll take charge of shaping an integrated end-to-end design strategy and push our brand guidelines to continuously support our growing mission.
We’re looking for someone that is versatile, adventurous, detail-oriented, and loves to take charge on projects from conception to completion. You should have a deep understanding of what makes great brands thrive and believe in the power of an iterative, user-centered approach to design. Sonder is a fast and challenging start-up environment and you will be expected to go above and beyond to create beautiful, meaningful design for our guests and the cities our teams live in.
