As a part of the Operations Efficiency team, you will be focused on creating flawless ongoing operations across the company, ensuring an amazing guest experience while staying focused on creating and optimizing the efficiency of our ongoing operations. As the Operations Analyst, you have the responsibility for driving a data-driven approach across the team and the Operations organization as a whole. You have the highest standards of quality and work to raise the bar. You enjoy dealing with ambiguity and change, and are eager to get into the details to drive improvements. You are a highly motivated, independent thinker who can execute projects across the organization while collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
