As an integral part of the Operations Efficiency team, you will be focused on creating flawless ongoing operations across the company, ensuring an amazing guest experience while staying focused on creating and optimizing the efficiency of our ongoing operations. As the Operations Manager, you have the highest standards of quality and work to raise the bar across the company. You enjoy dealing with ambiguity and change, and are eager to get into the details to drive improvements. You are analytical and use data to make decisions. You are a highly motivated, independent thinker who can execute projects across the organization while collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
