The Real Estate Analyst will play a critical role in the growth and development of Sonder’s inventory, thereby helping to build the future of hospitality. Responsibilities include quantitative and qualitative analysis, market research, financial modeling, and due diligence.
As an early member of the team, you will have an opportunity to shape our investment decision framework, products, and process. You will contribute to overall growth strategy, and present recommendations to senior leadership on millions of transaction value.
