About the team

As Stripe’s user base and global footprint grows dramatically, we have distinctly unique support problems resulting from both our type of scale and the type of businesses we partner with. The Stripe Delivery Center (SDC) strategy will provide operational leverage and expand Stripe’s portfolio of operational capabilities to support the scaled needs for external users and internal Stripe teams. What you’ll do

As a Sales Development Operations Manager at Stripe, you will drive Stripe’s future growth engine by leading a team of sales dev operations associates.  This team will drive Stripe’s future growth engine by working with our Sales Development Representatives and the Account Executive team to identify high quality leads and collaboratively build Stripe’s sales pipeline. They will conduct highly targeted research to identify high quality leads and manage early activities in the sales funnel.   They will lead research efforts to identify decision makers, curate lead lists, craft outreach messages, and confirm supportability with Stripe’s policies. We are looking for a self-starter who has demonstrated success dealing with ambiguity, operating in a high-growth environment, and solving problems with limited oversight. Ideal candidates will have management experience scaling a technology Sales operations team and superior communication skills. We take a data-driven, analytical approach to Sales Development, and are looking for someone who enjoys building – who will actively participate in the development of sales processes, the articulation of Stripe’s value proposition, and the creation of key tools and assets to measure success.
