About the team

The Workplace Experience Operations team is part of the broader Finance organization. The mission of the Stripe Workplace team is to build and operate inspirational work environments uniquely designed for productivity and wellbeing. Offices that are warm, comfortable, welcoming and also reflect Stripe’s operating principles and the highly regulated industry in which Stripe operates, where safety, security, and confidentiality are paramount.

What you’ll do

We're looking for an organized, flexible, and detail-oriented person who's enthusiastic about--and has a driving need to deliver--the best possible workplace experience for Stripes. You’ll own day-to-day office management for our Mexico City office, with potential to remotely manage smaller offices in the LATAM region. This includes: implementing programming aligned with the return to office at Stripe, engagement with key stakeholders in supporting office experience & culture, and strengthening vendor relationships to keep Mexico City-based Stripes engaged and productive.
