Security and Compliance Program Manager - Stytch

Stytch is the platform for user authentication. We will succeed only if we prove ourselves worthy of our customers' and consumers' trust. We build infrastructure that sits in the critical path of our customers' applications.
As our first security and compliance hire, you'll be focused on improving the integrity and security of our infrastructure. Businesses rely on Stytch to authenticate their users, and it’s critical that we experience minimal service disruptions and keep data secure. As a Security and Compliance Program Manager, you’ll investigate anomalous activity, collaborate with Security Engineering to fine-tune threat detection models, and work closely with CTO to manage bug bounty and vulnerability detection programs and SOC2. As a result, you’ll play a pivotal role in bolstering the integrity of Stytch’s infrastructure and elevate user trust in our products.
