Record to Report Accountant - SumUp

This is an office-first position (allowing up to 2 days per week work from home).What you’ll do:

• Cover one or more of the key areas of scope of R2R team - Fixed assets, inventory, Intercompany transactions, month-end closing
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and resolve complex accounting cases 
• Perform monthly variance analysis on Income statement and Balance sheet accounts 
• Work closely with the business on discussing accounting impact of business changes and transactions
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and Internal Controls

You'll be an excellent fit for this role if you:

• Have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics or Business (Accounting or Finance will be considered an advantage)
• Excellent English 
• 3+ years experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems and MS Office
• Strong analytical skills
• Goal-oriented with the ability to remain focused and effective amidst challenges
• Demonstrates enthusiasm, dedication, and a willingness to learn

Nice to have:

• ACCA or CIMA qualified or student
