Job Description
As a Compensation Partner, you will be responsible for providing compensation services for employees globally across varying time zones.
The successful candidate will proactively partner with client-facing People Partners and Business Line Management to identify and address compensation issues and evangelize Tekion’s Total Compensation Philosophy and Strategy to the clients supported. This position is expected to have a strong partnership with People Partners and Compensation team members to represent the client’s point-of-view in key corporate compensation initiatives and the corporate point-of-view with client groups. We are looking for candidates who have the aptitude to understand our complex data, be detailed, and accurate from start to finish in developing programs and completing projects.

The salary range for this position is $98,000 - $164,000. The salary range describes the minimum to maximum base salary range for this position across applicable US locations. This position is also eligible for a bonus whereby total compensation may exceed base salary depending on individual performance. The actual compensation offered may vary from the posted hiring range based on geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. In addition to the compensation listed, this position is eligible for equity compensation.
