Thumbtack by the Numbers

About the People Team

As a People Team, our purpose is to drive the success of the business through the success of our people. Our ambition is to be known as the most impactful, innovative and effective People Team in tech.  We seek inspiration in our employee value proposition: Imagine what we’ll build together.  We believe that because business and people outcomes are inextricably linked, leaders must be accountable to both. In other words, people outcomes must be Leader Led and People Team enabled. The DEI&B team is a small but mighty team that is at the forefront of driving change in Thumbtack.  We are developing paths to foster an inclusive workplace and advancing initiatives in people processes and beyond.  Here at Thumbtack, DEI&B is core to our values.

About the Role

This role reports to the Head of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging.  As a member of the DEI&B, you will also be a member of the larger People Partnership & Development (PPD) team, which includes HR Business Partners and the Organizational Development team.  The PPD team is responsible for enabling Thumbtack to achieve its business goals by fostering high-performing, engaged, inclusive teams.
