Manager, KYC & Customer Onboarding - Tipalti

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager of KYC (Know Your Customer) and Compliance Onboarding to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the payments or fintech industry, with a proven track record of managing teams at scale. The Manager KYC and Compliance Onboarding will be responsible for overseeing the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and implementing best practices for KYC procedures. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes.  This is a critical function as the business continues to grow rapidly and expands in new countries and geographies. You will lead a team of KYC analysts globally and will have full responsibility for delivering a delightful customer experience during the KYC onboarding process. This role will report to the VP of Payment and Compliance Operations.

The anticipated base pay rate for this position is $120,000-$150,000.
