We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven Analyst to join our fast-growing Financial Institutions Group in San Francisco to support the growth of our bank and credit union partnerships. 

You'll be responsible for developing a best-in-class investor experience and supporting pre-close deal diligence, onboarding functions, and investor success. You will be responsible for a variety of activities related to the daily operations of the sales team from first contact to signed contracts. This team Is responsible for strategic business development and partnership opportunities to expand Upgrade’s capital base and foster the launch of new consumer asset classes.  

Along the way, you'll collaborate closely with various in-house talents across our Business, Operations, and Technology teams in managing B2B marketing, CRM, and key partner relationships. The ideal candidate will need to be an independent, high-achieving individual, able to stand out in an entrepreneurial environment and own complex processes with minimal oversight.

The financial institution's team (currently 10 people) is a vital function to the continued success of Upgrade and is a great opportunity to work cross-functionally and entrepreneurially inside of a leading FinTech.
