The Senior Customer Experience Business Analyst supports the customer experience team  through leading and contributing to people, process, and product (3Ps) improvement through transformational technology and strategy. This individual will lead projects utilizing process improvement best practice methodologies (e.g. lean six sigma), machine learning (ML), natural language processing (NLP), data analytic skills, functional knowledge, and business acumen.

The Customer Experience team is responsible for leading Upgrade’s customer experience in our journey to offer more value and a better experience to our customers through affordable and responsible loans and cards.
